Los orígenes de nuestra escribanía se remontan al año 1936, cuando Horacio Ringuelet, con 26 años en aquel entonces, tras haber estudiado escribanía en la Universidad Nacional de La Plata, comenzó a ejercer como escribano titular del registro 349. Con los años, su hija, Marta Ringuelet concursó por un nuevo registro notarial, obteniendo así la titularidad del Registro 448 del Distrito Notarial de La Plata. Ella ejerció el notariado hasta el año 2008, cuando se retiró con 46 años de ejercicio profesional. Mientras tanto, y desde los 24 años en 1986, Marta Grisolía, hija de Marta Ringuelet, se ha desempeñado como notario, primero adscripto y actualmente titular, del registro 448. Su desempeño ha versado en amplias materias, con especial focalización en asuntos vinculados a seguros, sociedades y, desde ya, temas de derecho civil como operaciones inmobiliarias, sucesorias, donaciones, entre otras tantas. Actualmente, la escribana Grisolía ejerce el notariado como titular del registro 448 de La Plata, junto con su hijo y notario adscripto Rodolfo Vizcarra, quien antes de su adscripción ejerció como abogado en asuntos de derecho comercial internacional y desarrolló sus estudios de maestría en Relaciones Internacionales en la Universidad de Bologna.En estos 75 años han cambiado las personas, la tecnología, la legislación y hasta el nombre de nuestra escribanía, pero los principios rectores de nuestra forma de trabajar no solo se mantienen íntegros, sino que se fortalecen cada día. Desde 1936 nuestro objetivo es la actualización y modernización permanente de nuestra profesión, preservando siempre el principio axial del notariado: Nihil Prius Fide, es decir, nada debe anteponerse al íntegro desempeño ético de dar fe pública, función primordial del notario, desde los orígenes de la vida en sociedad.
