Quadrant Chemplast and Poly Hi Solidur merged operations in January 2012 and we can now offer you an extensive range of products to suit your every engineering plastic application. Our ranges of engineering plastics include Nylons, Polyethylenes, Acetals, PET, Peek, PP, PVC, PVDF and PTFE. Keylon PTFE stock shapes (rods, sheet, tubes) can be manufactured in virgin PTFE or various filled grades. Machined components include a wide variety of packings, gaskets, seals, washers, insulators, sheaves, extruded wear-strips, bushings, threaded fittings, elevator buckets and customized parts, machined to strict standards.

Our product offering further includes Colasit plastic fans for corrosive & toxic fume extraction; plastic lined Wernert chemical pumps for conveying corrosive media containing abrasive solids and a full range of plastic pipe (Chemplast lined steel systems and George Fischer), fittings, valves and measurement instruments for the safe transport & control of corrosive liquids.

We also specialise in tough, inert, very abrasive resistant liners for “Bulk Material Handling” -engineered to withstand harsh field conditions. Applications include bins, bunkers, silos, hoppers, chutes and transportation.
