I love what I do and enjoy nothing more than helping someone solve a niggling digestive problem, a health complaint or achieve their weight loss goals. I use nutrition to turnaround a patient's eating habits and transform them from someone experiencing poor energy levels, ongoing sleep issues or regular stomach upsets to feeling better than they have done in years.
Many of my patients have tried and failed many times to address digestive problems or weight loss issues. Sometimes medication hasn't helped or possibly made a digestive situation worse or common remedies just aren't making a difference. Often patients have tried drastic or faddy diets that have left them feeling a failure because they couldn't stick to them.
It is time to draw a line under the past! I look at the whole picture of a patient, taking into consideration their work and home life as well as the foods they enjoy and the way they cook to ensure that my dietary recommendations are achievable and realistic.
