This is an amazing career, has it all, ups, downs, surprises, excitement and yes a letdown or two as well. I think it all makes me work harder for my clients, although I dislike the word clients but friends doesn't always work either. As long as we all enjoy the time together and get the goal of selling or buying their next home completed. My years in contract management for the military taught me the importance of steadfast attention to detail. Some years in health care management provided customer service and the art of listening.
