For over 40 years The Howland Company has specialized in providing unique electromagnetic test and measurement solutions. Our expertise encompasses antenna measurement and radar cross-section test facilities, aircraft radome RF test systems, and Over-the-Air (OTA) tests of mobile phones and other wireless devices. We excel at guiding architects, construction contractors, and engineers through the complex challenges these facilities present. We have played a role in many of the premier Installed Systems Test Facilities (ISTF) and Radar Cross-Section (RCS) ranges serving the US and allied military services and industry partners.
