85 years, One Family, One Business. Located at Freeport's famous "Nautical Mile", Otto's was established by Helen and Otto Koglin in 1929. We are a third generation landmark restaurant. Otto's pioneered the "Nautical Mile's Long Bar" which is an outdoor bar with a kitchen at one end and a long bar running out from it. We are unquestionably the oldest and one of the most beautiful waterside restaurants on Freeport's Nautical Mile.
You can enjoy the view of wind driven sailboats, motor crafts of all sizes and commercial fishing trawlers, which supply us with fish daily. Stop by if you are in the Freeport & Merrick, NY areas!
