‘My Body, One Life’ was created out of an intense passion to coach and guide people in the unearthing of their inner health, vitality and wellness. This dedication to ultimate health, wellbeing and longevity led to my decision to take a break from my successful and much-loved career in the world of corporate investment banking. My personal mission to establish realistically achievable, holistically nutritious lifestyles for people, led to my pursuit of an M.A. in Holistic Wellness. As a mother of 3 young children, I am dedicated to creating the healthiest lifestyle possible not only for my family, but for everyone who desires the best quality of life attainable. My background in the corporate world also ignited a passion in optimizing health and wellness in the workforce, thereby improving productivity, reducing health related costs, ultimately increasing profitability and creating an enviable corporate culture.
