Elsa utilizes a trans-theoretical approach that is client centered, considers the individual person in their environment and has included evidence based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Emotion Focused Therapy into my treatment to name a few but do not limit myself to unique holistic practices as well.
