buenas noches, he notado en dos oportunidades los días sábados cuando te acercas al hotel y solicitas cualquiera de las habitaciones con estadía larga te envían al restaurante a esperar y allí te mantienen esperando por horas con la falsa promesa que te van a llamar cuando se desocupe una habitación, si uno se acerca a recepción te das cuenta que solo le dan habitaciones a los que solicitan estadía corta.
he notado que es una practica dilatoria con la intención de que las personas con estadía larga hagan consumo en el restaurante y allí no llevan ningún control de las personas que están en espera.
he podido sortear este inconveniente debido a que he insistido en varias
ocasiones la solicitud de la estadía, notando que el recepcionista no tiene ningún orden de las personas que esta en espera ya que he podido sortear hasta 3 personas que están en espera primero que yo.
si eres de las personas que se acerca a catia la mar los fines de semana buscando sol y playa durante el día y descansar en un buen hotel ya caída le tarde el hotel silvepe no es una buena opción, no lo recomiendo.
