We are an experienced clinic with a select group of qualified and registered PhD Clinical psychologists and clinicians, including couples and child psychologists, that have been trained in prestigious programs. We provide treatments that research has shown to be highly effective to treat anxiety, depression, behavioural issues, trauma and personality disorders. At CBT Psychology for Personal Development we provide compassionate, caring and effective psychotherapy using research-based treatments like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), DBT (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy), Emotionally Focused Therapy, Positive Psychology, Compassion Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness Meditation. These approaches have shown to create long-lasting positive changes. We provide psychological assessments and treatment to clients of all ages and across a broad spectrum of needs. We offer our services to children, adolescents, adults, couples and families in individual therapy as well as group therapy, such as CBT and MCBT groups.
