Wir sehen es als unsere Aufgabe an, die bestmögliche Pflege für psychisch erkrankte Menschen sicherzustellen.In unseren Einrichtungen in Hannover, Winzenburg und Hameln pflegen und betreuen wir Menschen mit seelischen, geistigen und/oder körperlichen Beeinträchtigungen. Wir bieten Ihnen eine individuelle und fachlich anspruchsvolle pflegerische Versorgung.
Die häufigsten psychischen Erkrankungen im Alter sind u.a. seelische Krisen im Rahmen von einschneidenden Veränderungen in einem Lebensabschnitt. Hierzu gehören die Verabschiedung aus dem Berufsleben oder der Verlust des Lebenspartners, Demenzerkrankungen, Depressionen oder Angststörungen. Unsere Pflege- und Betreuungsleistungen sind auf individuelle Bedürfnisse, Eigenheiten und Gewohnheiten des Einzelnen ausgerichtet, denn jeder Mensch ist einzigartig und möchte auch dementsprechend betreut werden.
Anders als in den klassischen Altenpflegeheimen liegt unser Leistungsschwerpunkt nicht nur in der Pflege, sondern auch in der Tagesgestaltung.
Mit dem Bereich "Tagesstrukturierende Maßnahmen" hält unsere Einrichtung eine Fachabteilung bereit, in der ein multiprofessionelles Team von Pädagogen, Ergotherapeuten, Heilerziehungspflegern und Gärtnern unseren Bewohnern ein breitgefächertes Angebot der psychosozialen Förderung und Betreuung bietet.
