J'ai toujours été fascinée par la relation permanente et mystérieuse qui existe entre notre corps et notre esprit. J'ai d'autant plus cherché à comprendre ce lien corps-esprit car j'ai eu des manifestations anxieuses très sévères à gérer pendant mon adolescence et ma vie de jeune adulte. Je n'ai trouvé aucune aide auprès du corps médical. J'ai donc effectué un long travail sur moi-même tantôt en passant par la parole, tantôt par le biais du corps. Comprendre pourquoi mon corps allait mal, l'aider à aller mieux, m'a permis d'accéder à une connaissance globale de l'être humain basée sur l'expérience et enrichie par mes formations. Je me suis naturellement tournée à l'âge de 24 ans vers une formation en massage, plus précisément le Sensitive Gestalt Massage. Ce massage psycho-corporel privilégie une approche globale de la personne.
