They did a great job. They sent their technician who was able to change the old door out for the new one in just a few hours. He was fun loving and provided us great services.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEROYAL DECORATIONS!!! Save your money!! Don't use this decorator. Very poor communication skills & she works on her own time, did what she wanted to do without informing me. You will NOT get your moneys worth of decorations they will take your money and run!! My canopy that had holes ans rips in them along with food stains. I didnt get the centerpieces that i chose..my backdrop was not what was expected. For the amount she charged she didnt deliever. Im highly disappointed. If it wasn't for my decorations that I purchased myself my whole party would be so bad. Update: 07/05/19 Upon reviewing my review, the "CEO" of this company called me to aplogize for the service that was given but then he also called to make threats!!! Arguing for over an hour with me on the phone..he threatened to get me arrested "i know where you live" if i did not remove my review from Google for "blackmailing" when it's my honest review! He also said he has my pictures and he's going to post them and also write bad things about me if i don't do what he wants so i can see how it feels to have things written about me thats negative. AGAIN...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!! NOT ONLY WILL THEY WASTE YOUR MONEY BUT THEY WILL BULLY YOU TOO AFTER IF YOU GIVE HONEST FEEDBACK!!!
