Newly opened in January 2007, we offer nine contemporary 1, 2 & 3 bedroom self-contained, apartments in an elevated, private & quiet setting just a short stroll to the beach & restaurants.We have 1 x 1 bedroom apartment (sleeps 2), 4 x extended one bedroom apartments (sleep 5), 3 x 2 bedroom apartments (sleep 6) and 1 x 3 bedroom apartment (sleeps 7). We also have a 3 bedroom holiday cottage on Ridge Road that very easily sleeps 6 adults and a baby or two. The cottage has been renovated and furnished to a very high standard and is ideal for corporate relocations.Location:- On Auckland's North Shore, in the popular East Coast Bays, we are just 20 minutes drive from Auckland City Centre and 35 minutes from Auckland International Airport. We are close to Albany, Browns Bay, Long Bay regional Park, Milford & Takapuna. Devonport Ferry Terminal is just a 20 minute drive away. We are 400 metres walk to Waiake beach and 5-10 minutes walk to Browns Bay beach via the Orchard Rd walkway. There is also a major Westfield Shopping Mall just 5 minutes away in Albany.Specialist Short Stay Accommodation:- We specialise in short term family/business transfers, new immigrant & holiday maker accommodation by offering special weekly and monthly rates.
