Terms and conditions of use of the site

1. Definitions

   The "site", the "website", the "website", "we", "us", "iGlobal", the "company"; refers to iGlobal.co which is a product of Arzion S.R.L., a limited liability company incorporated in the province of Buenos Aires, Republic of Argentina with CUIT number 30-71039762-3.

   "User", "users", "you"; refers to the person or group of persons browsing or visiting the site.

   The "advertisement" or "advertisements", the "advertiser" or "advertisers", refers to the businesses/trades/professionals/services listed in our directory either on their own initiative, on the initiative of a third party or on the initiative of iGlobal.

   "Content", "site content" means products, services, texts, images, figures, photographs, sounds, videos and any other form of data or information.

2. Introduction

   This agreement describes the General Terms and Conditions applicable to the use of the services offered by the company within the iglobal.co website and any subdomain belonging to it.
   ANY PERSON WHO DOES NOT ACCEPT THESE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, WHICH ARE MANDATORY AND BINDING, MUST REFRAIN FROM USING THE SITE AND/OR THE SERVICES.
   The user must read, understand and accept all the conditions set out in the General Terms and Conditions as well as in the other documents incorporated by reference into the General Terms and Conditions.
   Minors under the age of 18 must request permission from their parents, guardians or caregivers prior to using the site. The use of the site will always be under the custody and responsibility of their parents, guardians or caregivers.

3. Translations

   These General Terms and Conditions are written in Spanish and may be translated into other languages if necessary. Any case of inconsistency between the different language versions will be resolved according to the English version.

4. Modifications and Discontinuation

   The Company may modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The modifications will be valid and enforceable from the moment they are notified by publication on the Site. In order to keep up to date with the modifications, users should read these Terms and Conditions periodically. Any modification shall be accepted by the user as soon as he/she accesses the Site.
   The Company may at its sole option discontinue or cease the Site or the Services at any time without cause, without notice, without liability and without giving rise to any claim.

5. Linking devices

   The site may contain links to other websites which does not indicate that they are owned or operated by the company. As the Company has no control over such sites, it shall not be responsible for the content, materials, actions and/or services provided by such sites, nor for any damage or loss caused by the use of such sites, whether directly or indirectly. The presence of links to other websites does not imply a partnership, relationship, approval or endorsement by the company of such sites and their contents.
   The linking devices that appear on the site (links, banners, buttons) are intended to inform of the existence of other sources of information and to facilitate the user's search for and access to such information. They do not constitute a suggestion, invitation, offer or recommendation to visit such sources. Therefore, the company is not responsible for the results obtained through such links or for the information of other content provided by such links or other directories or content search tools.

6. Limitation of liability

   The Company makes the Site available on an "as is" and "as available" basis and at all risks. The Company does not warrant or assume any liability for any consequence of the use of the Site by the User or any third party or for the content of the Site, third party content or iGlobal content or for any damage that may be suffered by the User or any third party. In this regard, the company assumes no liability to the user or third parties for direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, incidental, punitive, consequential damages or loss of profits or moral damage or damage to image or reputation.
   In the event that the user does not have full legal or factual capacity, he/she must not access or use the site. The company shall not be liable for any consequences that may arise from the access or use of the site by users who are under the conditions of this clause.

The user consents to such communications. However, the user may revoke consent by means of communication through our suggestions form, where he/she must provide all the data contained therein.

9. Cookies

   The company may use cookies to improve the service provided to the user, which are installed on the user's computer. Cookies are installed when the site is accessed. The user consents to the use of cookies. If the user does not wish cookies to be installed, he/she should delete them or configure his/her computer so that he/she does not receive them. In these cases, the speed, functionality and quality of the service may be reduced.

10. Independence

    The company is a company entirely independent of the user and third parties who may access or use the site. Access to or use of the site does not create and shall not be construed as creating a partnership, association, business or employment relationship between the company, the user and/or third parties.

11. Jurisdiction

    The Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the province of Buenos Aires, or by the laws of the Republic of Argentina if applicable. For all disputes, the company, the user and third parties assume the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent judges in the province of Buenos Aires.

12. Restrictions on use

    You agree that you will not use the site or assist any other person to use the site for:

    • Violate the law, regulations or Terms of Service.
    • Threaten, intimidate, defraud, incite, harass, defame or in any way interfere with other users' use of the site.
    • Transmit forced or otherwise unsolicited advertising ("spam"), chain letters, contests or sweepstakes, obscene and offensive information, chain letters, surveys or other mass messaging, commercial or otherwise.
    • Creating a conflict of interest such as trading information or commercial ratings with other business owners or creating or promoting the creation of shill reviews.
    • Manipulating information results ("keyword spamming").
    • Maliciously promoting social, racial, religious, political, sexual or other discrimination or harassing social minorities.
    • Violate intellectual property rights, privacy, confidentiality or secrecy.
    • Transmitting pornographic or otherwise illegal information.
    • Modify, adapt, reproduce, distribute, translate, create derivative or adapted concepts, publicly display, sell, trade or in any way exploit the site or the content of the site.
    • Reverse engineering any portion or section of the site.
    • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices or legends from the Site or from material printed or copied from the Site.
    • Recording, processing or appropriating information about other users.
    • Using any device, process or means to access, remove, bootstrap or index the site or site content ("robot, spider, site search/retrieval").
    • Accessing, removing, or indexing the site for the purpose of building databases of business information.
    • Reformat or distort any portion or section of the site.
    • Take any action that imposes, or in the opinion of the company may impose, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the site's technology infrastructure.
    • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, user accounts, systems or networks connected to the Site through hacking, unauthorised use of keys, passwords or passwords or by any other means; use the site or any content of the site to transmit computer viruses ("viruses, worms, Trojan horses") or other similar harmful means, use any device, program or routine to interfere with the proper working of the site, make excessive traffic demands, use the site to breach the security of any computer network or computer system, crack passwords or encrypted codes, use the site to breach the security of any computer network or computer system, break passwords or encrypted codes, passwords or encrypted security codes, interfere with or damage the security of the Site or Site content, remove, circumvent, circumvent, disable, damage or otherwise interfere with Site security devices or devices that prevent or restrict the use or copying of Site content or devices that enforce Site use limitations.

Self-management by users

1. I want to add my business on iGlobal.co

   On iGlobal you can publish your business details in a few simple steps. Being present in our online directory will give you more visibility on the internet and therefore you will reach more customers. First of all, to create your advert you must choose the option "Publish advert". From there you will be able to fill in the first basic details of the advert. Then, by registering as an iGlobal user, you will be able to complete more details of your advert from the control panel.

   

2. I added my business but I don't know how to update the data.

   If at any time you have published your business details on iGlobal.co and you wish to update them because you have changed your address, phone number or business line, you can make the changes in a very simple way. First you must log in and go to the Control Panel. There you will find a menu on the left hand side with the option "Modify business details". After clicking on this option, a tab will appear with all the information of your company divided into fields. There you must update the data you want to modify or enter new data and finally do not forget to click on the button that says "Save". Once you have completed these steps, the new information entered has already been loaded into our database. It may take up to 48 working hours to update the information.

   

3. I want to add promotions or news within my business profile.

   iGlobal gives you the option of including promotions and news that provide additional information about your business. The purpose of these notes is to share and disseminate information or news about your company among the users of our directory. In turn, this resource will help to improve your company's position in the directory and will make the information more visible on the Internet. Don't forget, the more information you provide, the more your customers will know about you and will be able to choose you over your competitors. How do I upload a new item? In your Control Panel you will find on the left hand side the option "Create promotion". Click there and you can start writing your press releases.

   

4. If someone within iGlobal contacts me, where do I receive these messages?

   If a user completed the contact form within your iGlobal profile you will receive that message in the email address you provided for your business.

5. Image is everything, can I publish images in my advert?

   In your Control Panel, under "Modify business details" you will find the "Images" section. From there you can start uploading as many images as you want to form a gallery within your business profile.

   

6. I want to change my password

   In your Control Panel, go to the drop-down menu in the top bar, on the right next to your name. There you will find the option "Change password".

   
   

7. I want to share my ad easily on social media.

   In your Control Panel, on the main screen, you will find the option "Share Ad". From there you can select how you want to share your ad by choosing one of the available options: Facbook, Twitter, Google+ or simply get the url of your ad on iGlobal.

   
   

8. I want to remove my ad from the directory

   To remove your ad from iGlobal, you must first go to the Control Panel. Once you are there, you will find the "Remove Ad" option in the drop-down menu located in the top bar. You will be directed to a screen where you will be prompted to select one of the removal options. Select the "Submit" option and the request will be sent to our team, who will remove the ad.

   

9. I found my company advertised, but I did not authorise it. I want to remove the ad

   To terminate your iGlobal ad, you must first take control of it. To do this you will need to follow a few simple steps. First go to the listing and click on "Change this business details", on the next screen you will find a link with the text "Claim this business". Once you complete these steps and register in our directory, you can delete the ad as explained in the previous section (8. I want to delete my ad from the directory).

   

10. I found incorrect/outdated data in an advertisement. I want to change it

    If you saw the advert of a business with outdated data, you can correct it yourself! Do your good deed of the day! First, you must go to the advertisement of your business. Once you are there, you will see that below the name there is a link with the text "Change the details of this business". You will be directed to a screen where you will find a form that you must fill in with the correct business details. When you are finished, click on "Suggest these changes" and our team will check this information and update it. This process can take up to 48 working hours. Finally we are grateful for your help in keeping our database up to date.

11. I found my published company! I want to take over the ad and manage the account on iGlobal.

    iGlobal's listings come mainly from information posted by business owners and businesses or by customers who found it convenient to have a certain business in our directory. If you found your listing and want to update its information, you can start managing it now! If you found your business published on iGlobal and you want to be the owner of the listing, the steps are very simple! First of all, you need to go to your business listing. Once you are there, you will see that below the name there is a link with the text "Change the details of this business". You will be directed to a screen, where you will find a link with the text "Claim this business". Once you complete the registration process, you will be able to update the details of the listing as explained in section 2 (I added my business but I don't know how to update the details).

    

12. Image is everything, can I publish images in the advertisements of businesses I know?

    If you have images of a company that is listed on iGlobal, you can easily share them in your listing! Just select the "Add images" option in the same ad and upload them. To see the published photos, you will have to wait for our team to accept them. Once accepted, they will appear in the Image Gallery of your ad.
