Absolutely horrible service. I purchased 5 AC units from them, 3 of them stopped working within the first 3 months and no matter how many times you call, they keep saying they'll come and then never turn up. Pathetic, and then they say that after 1 month we it is no longer covered under their warranty. I didn't ask for any discount and even gave them my old 5 units for free to sell at whatever rate they wanted thinking they'd do a good job and let them keep what's extra as it's a pandemic season and this is some way I can help them. Useless, would never buy from them again and would advise against anyone doing the same. Names of those involved: Usman and Imran.
