Originally opened in 1991 as McCune Physical Therapy and changed names to COAST Physical Therapy in the late 1990's. Current owner Dr. Chad M. Pens took over the practice in 2007. Since taking over the practice, Dr. Chad M. Pens and COAST Physical Therapy have earned nine prestigious awards.
