ILoveKickboxing is the most fun if I’ve had working out in a long time! The atmosphere is always so upbeat and energizing. The trainers are all supportive, encouraging and knowledgeable. Cannot recommend enough!

This place is amazing!! The classes are super intense but in such a fun way! All the instructors are incredibly helpful and you can easily tell they just want to see you succeed and have fun!

ILoveKickboxing has been an absolute blast! They provide a fun atmosphere that is welcoming to everyone including all genders, sizes, shapes, and abilities. There is no intimidation in the gym and only support from everyone. The trainers are all very fun and knowledgeable and you gain trust and friendship in every class. I have had a lot of fun and have been getting solid workouts EVERY class! My friends in towns/cities without an ILKB are all jealous and wish they had one!

I just started I Love Kickboxing, and am loving it! The instructors really care about getting to know students, right from the beginning. The workout is great! It gets my heart beating and the class set up keeps me focused and entertained. I definitely recommend it to anybody.

Just started with ILKB and am excited to keep going back. The instructors make you feel welcomed and encourage you to do your best. They are always right there to help, give support and even modify exercises as needed. I was worried I would quit after the first time, but they make me want to keep going back.

This place is great and just what I needed! After having two babies in the last three years I felt very sluggish and not as strong as I wanted to feel. I love going to class for so many reasons. It is an insane workout but you are really only competing against yourself. I haven't been going for too long and I have already lost 8 pounds, feel much stronger, and have more energy during the day with my kids! It is an amazing stress reliever too! I wanted something different, challenging, and upbeat and this place is definitely it!

From the moment you walk in, you're treated like a family member. I love that you're there for yourself - no matter what age, shape or size you are. There is no belt system, no feeling of competing with each other, and it's not clique-y at all! You go at your own pace, so you're pretty much creating your own workout every day - the instructors just tell you what punches and kicks to do. To get the most benefit (and bang for your buck) you'll want to commit to a minimum of 2-3 classes per week. The best part, though, is that all of the instructors are there to give you whatever support you need to move forward on your fitness journey!

I can’t thank ILKB Bozeman enough! Not only is the staff AMAZING, but the community of support that they have created is EVERYTHING! Hands down, the greatest “gym/workout” that I’ve been a part of!

This place is amazing the staff is encouraging and always reinforcing that you can keep improving no matter your fitness level. This is the best decision I have made for my fitness health. If you are wondering if this is right for you I promise once you try it you will not look back!

Ilovekickboxing is so much fun. Hard work but fun. I was really nervous and embarrassed when I signed up. When I walked through the doors the staff was very friendly and supportive.
