Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center’s Covington Chapel was opened in August 2006. The community, having heard about the level of service and care provided by the Darby family and the staff of Sunset Funeral Homes, wanted a facility of their own in Covington, Indiana.

Located on Route 136 in Covington, Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center’s Covington Chapel offers over 8,000 square feet to suit every need. Your family will have plenty of space to pay tribute to your loved one.

Our largest room’s ample seating is perfect for visitations, funeral services, or memorial services. These rooms, along with our other offerings, can also be converted for more intimate gatherings as well. The choice is up to you. No request is too big or too small.

Our comfortable café is also an option, with plenty of space for private reflection or quiet conversations with family, friends, and old acquaintances. Our pub style tables are perfect for intimate moments of connection and reconnection. You can also use our private family lounge whenever you and your family need to rest.
