The staff is the best part about going! I have been going for about 3 weeks now and can't get enough. The workouts are tough but anyone at any skill level or body type is welcome! The music is bumping the whole time and I like being able to push myself every class

I can’t stress enough how much I fell in love with place. You can tell they truly care about everyone when have so many people coming in and out everyday and yet they know them all by their first names. Also they hold you accountable and I really like that. They give you a meal chart to follow that they go over with you and everything.

Joined the 6week kickboxing challenge just last week and love it! Was welcomed when walking in the building, and was told kinda what to expect for the class. My trainer Kat was absolutely there for me and very helpful. I’ve never done kickboxing before and she would always walk around the room and to make sure I knew what to do and how to adjust when needed. Definitely had a lot of fun and a great workout!

Just from my first consultation I had a great experience with Kat who is now my trainer for the 6week kickboxing challenge! She was excited to meet me and very helpful with explaining their programs and going over with me what my personal goals were and trying to figure out what was right for me. She didn’t pressure me into signing up right away and made me feel like I was being cared for and listened to.

I Love Kickboxing is my happy place!! I sincerely love this place! In just the few months I've been a member I've become a stronger person physically and mentally!!! And on top of it, I get to meet and hang out with some really amazing people!

Best gym I have ever been a part of!! Wonderful and friendly staff who know each member by name. Always willing to answer questions and to push you harder. They have helped me lose weight, build confidence, and really take control of my own health. LOVE this place!! If you are looking for a community atmosphere with good music, good fun, and a good workout then look no further - this is the place to be.
