I joined just after one class. I have only been there a short time but I immediately feel better after participating. The staff and class mates are amazing to work with and it is great to be apart of a group that demonstrates core values for their community.

The Frederick staff are awesome; friendly and will point out when you’re not doing something correctly. They watch you and see the changes you make to do it right…. Who does this?

During the one hour workout, I sweat more than I ever have before and I feel myself becoming stronger each time. I am able to do one more burpie, push-up and squat than I did the workout prior, and for me that's the goal.

This place is amazing! The staff is supportive and always know just how to keep you at your top performance without ever being pushy. Everybody is always cheerful and friendly! This is a wonderful place to get fit, stay in shape and get your daily dose of endorphins.

Love the environment..the staff are not pushy and love to have fun with the workouts..they do some good charity work to every month...great family environment I would recommend this place to my friends and family
