I was nervous the first time I stepped in the studio, but I’m so glad I followed through with my appointment. I was hooked after my first class! I can see myself improving, and feel better after each workout. The coaches keep you motivated, and are so welcoming from the moment you walk in! Love this place and can’t recommend it enough!

If you are looking for fun, energetic, and friendly environment to shred major pounds and calories ilovekickboxing is definitely the place! Everyone is extremely nice and helpful. They make sure that you are doing the exercises properly and provide modifications for those just in case moment. Since I joined I dropped 12 pounds within the first 2 months. Come meet new fellow kickboxers, tone up, loose weight, and enjoy!

ILKB is a great place to workout at. The instructors are awesome, motivating, very informative and always willing to help. I have also meet a lot of great people there.

I was on a journey transitioning from a place of not being able to jog let alone walk and balance myself I made several pit stops to multiple gyms trying to get back to my normal life after physical therapy. Unlike most gyms I have had the opportunity to have one on one training throughout my time spent. As well as encouraging words, chants, and praises not just from instructors but the entire environment in the building and you are always a name and not just a member. You can’t ask for a better place, where you can get your sweat on, take your anger out on the punching bag after a hard day at work or at home. Went to my 1st session and I knew this was the place for me. I signed up to be a member after my 1st class. The instructors are awesome in every way. Workouts are only an hour long but trust me you will love every minute of it!! Just show up and you'll know what this place is all about.

I started going to iLoveKickboxing-Gretna because I want to get healthy fit but I didn't want the same ole same of the gym. A few of my friends had joined so I wanted to give them a try. And I am so glad that I did!! The instructors/trainers are awesome, motivating & fun! I feel like the workout is the icing on the cake. I'm so glad that I joined and I can't wait to see the progress as my journey continues!!

I love this place! Great and friendly staff... clean facility... They definitely make working out enjoyable! I've lost 20lbs since June! You have to be consistent and the results will come! I promise, you won't regret choosing ILKB... SO, COME KICK AWAY THOSE POUNDS!!

Not your average gym, far from it. You might enter tired from your day but leave ready to concur your life. I started out not knowing how I was going to get back to my goal weight. I can see the light at the end of tunnel getting brighter. The staff is always willing to help and Lee you motived. This place truly lives up to its name.

I wish there was an higher rating than GOOD... they’re EXTREMELY EXCELLENT!!!! I was recently sick and the fact the they took time out their day just to see how I was feeling and doing speaks volumes!!!! Oh and not to mention the class is worth every cent... my classmates are worth every cent... I’m glad to be apart of ilkb. -Shasta
