where to even start with i love kickboxing (harlem, ny). the first day you walk through the doors you feel the energy, from not only the amazing instructors, but also from your fellow kick boxers. everyone is at different stages in their fitness journey, but the motivation you feel from the instructors and the other people is incredible. before, i was not motivated to go workout after a long day at work, and now i look forward to those afternoon workout sessions. on top of that, the environment itself is great. the studio is always clean and smells fresh. this experience has definitely made a difference for me. i feel stronger and my form gets better every day. i recommend coming to i love kickboxing- harlem to everyone!!!

i always thought i would love kickboxing and i was right. the classes are intense in a good way. and the instructors are fun and attentive throughout the class. guiding you through the motions. best decision ever.

ilovekickboxing- harlem has helped me transform my body. the staff are so awesome and motivating and the workouts are always different and challenging. i highly recommend it!

i have never sweat, sore, and had so much fun in a fitness class. love the enviroment, the energy, and the routines. trainers push you to give your best, they motivate you to be a better you. i dont regret joining. hard work pays off. ;)

the staff are awesome! i always feel at home and motivated to come in. anytime i'm having a bad day or feeling stressed, i just take it out on the bag. it usually takes my body about 1-2 months to see results. going to kickboxing, i started seeing a difference in about 2-3 weeks, highly recommended.

i’ve been going to ilovekickboxing harlem and i absolutely love it. the instructors (jasmine, dainer, and ting) are super energetic and push me to do my best no matter what. i’ve been going in the mornings and honestly the positive energy in the studio makes it easier to wake up and stay consistent. i’ve been a member of ilovekickboxing for over a year and so far, i’ve lost almost 15 pounds and feel stronger and healthier.

everyone's energy is so great, the studio is clean and inviting, and the staff is realistically encouraging. the classes are the perfect level of intensity for all levels. you'll be hooked from day 1!

has changed the way i used to work out, just my first scheduled class was enough to fall in love with this excellent and complete way to exercise. the energy, the location, the staff, everything is perfect and the only thing you would like to do is get more and more. for me ilovekickboxing - harlem, ny is the best thing i ever try. i guarantee you will have a wonderful time !!!
