iLoveKickboxing is truly an overall (health & wellness) awesome experience. Classes are enjoyable, entertaining, and high energy! The instructors are encouraging and motivating. I enjoy the chance to challenge myself! Definitely recommend if you are looking to see visible results and being a healthier you!

I’ve enjoyed my experience with ILoveKickboxing so far! The staff was very welcoming and motivated me through the whole class. This class exceeded my expectations and I definitely recommend it!

My 13-year-old daughter wanted to try kickboxing for the first time and absolutely loved it! On the way home she said, WOW, I have more energy and feel really good. And has been asking to go back ever since ;) She really loves putting on her boxing gloves and kicking butt during class! Truely Grateful, Teen Mom

I’ve been a member for about 2 weeks and I’m already seeing great improvement in my stamina and strength. We learn a lot cardio combinations and work hard for the entire 60 minutes. The instructors are awesome and the facility is very clean!

I absolutely love this place! I came in for one free class just to try it out, and after I met Teyamar and took a class with her I knew I had to come back! I am so excited to build my strength and confidence with this program!

I absolutely love it! The instructors are awesome and I love the flexibility of the classes. I've been doing it for just over a month, twice a week, and I'm already seeing some small changes. I would definitely recommend some one to try them out.
