I LOVE KICKBOXING! I truly do! The workout is phenomenal – total body – cardio combined with strength training. I like that they focus on technique. The staff is fantastic! They are very welcoming & friendly. They also are very interactive & highly motivating. The culture throughout the facility is positive, fun and motivating. I love the energy here! The schedule is great I can always make it to a class. I honestly look forward to coming; it’s one of the highlights of my day.

I went to ILKB- Oldsmar on an internet deal. That first class had me totally pumped! I joined that very night and I am absolutely loving it! The workout is amazing and I finish each class with so much joy, feeling so strong. The staff is so upbeat and motivating, and the facility is super clean. I recommend this place a thousand times over!

Ilovekickboxing was the best investment I ever made in myself! The workouts are tough, but the instructors are there to help motivate you and help you though your fitness journey!

This place is AMAZING! Totally motivating and all the instructors help you every step of the way no matter what your level of fitness is. They are there to motivate you to become the BEST YOU you can be. I'm so HAPPY I found this place and these wonderful people to help and encourage me along on my fitness journey!

Ilovekickboxing has changed my life in the best way possible! Only started a little over a month ago but have seen results already. Everyone is so wonderful and always gives me the motivation to push myself. All the motivation from the staff and everyone who works out at ILKB has given me the strength to want to workout everyday. Ilovekickboxing is amazing! I have been coming to classes for only about 3 months and I already feel stronger than ever! Working out has always been hard for me because I get bored or give up, but ILKB workouts are always challenging and fun. Everybody is super motivating and the instructors make sure that you are keeping up with your fitness goals! ILKB is the best!
