I'm so glad I joined ilkb, it allows me to workout and still have time at home with my family. The instructors here have helped me learn how to push myself and that working out is truly one of my favorite new things. Thank you ilkb!!

I love kickboxing is a one of a kind, high intensity workout in the most supportive environment you can imagine. The staff alone puts this place above the rest. The constant motivation alone pushes you to strive to do better each class. I was always a quiet person who never stepped out of my comfort zone. I decided to try ILKB because I needed a change in my life and boy am I glad I did! Just recently I completed a 6 week challenge and lost 26 pounds! We were supplied with guidelines to help be successful in the challenge as well as a “support” group on Facebook. Every single person that took part had such great success! I highly recommend ILKB because it has changed my life. I now go to classes alone (I’d only go when someone I knew was there), I’ve made some great friendships and I’m in the best shape of my life (I still have work to do too)! Go give it a try! Your body and mind will thank you and you won’t be disappointed!

ILKB is great! The facility is clean and the staff is amazing! Everyone is so motivating and uplifting! It’s a great place to workout!!

The first thing I love about ILKB is the amazing instructors and their down to earth way. I look forward to coming to class everyday- sometimes twice a day. The second thing is the community, the ladies and a few men in the group. You always have somebody who has your back- to help you, to cheer you on, and keep you motivated. So joining ILKB has been one of the best decisions that I’ve made and the best thing I’ve done for myself. I can’t imagine my life without this ILKB fitfam. It’s amazing!

Joining ILKB-OP was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The workout you get is amazing and never boring. I can walk in to the studio after a bad/stressful day and feel so much better by the end of class. The instructors and other member are always welcoming and encouraging

ILKB is Awesome, All of the instructors are very personable, engaging and supportive. They will push to get you through the workout successfully by giving verbal prompts or tips to improve your form/technique to really maximize your work out. Ilovekickboxing-OP is phenomenal!! I have never been one to join a gym, but for whatever reason I have been drawn to kickboxing. Making the decision to join ilkb-op has been exactly what I wanted it to be...fun, non-judgemental, and challenging. In 6 months I have lost inches that I never thought I would lose and it's an amazing feeling. The instructors are wonderful and probably the main reason I stay with ilkb-op. I love their support and appreciate the time they take with each one of us. You won't regret the decision to join ilkb-op!!
