Ilovekickboxing is awesome! After my first 9 workouts I was down 11 pounds. The staff is so welcoming and motivating. They truly care about each individual their and helping them reach their goals! I could not recommend this gym enough!

I write reviews only if I have strong opinions, so here is the review in hopes to either motivate you to try it or not. MY STORY-I have let myself go in the last five years. My scale and numbers at the doctor proved it. I knew I had to do something. I hate walking or trying to do some type of activities by myself because I don't push myself as hard. WHAT MADE ME TRY IT-I saw an ad and dared a coworker to do it with me. She agreed and then decided not to. On my week staycation, I thought, "Why not? I will try it." AM I A WORKOUT EXTRAORDINAIRE? Let me say I have "two left feet" and never was in sports. Grace is not my middle name. I think of my waist as a busted can of refrigerator biscuits with a jello jiggle HOW DID THAT WORK FOR ME WHEN I GOT THERE- I went and tried my best. Kylie and Justus have been positive, encouraging, and patient. They take time to show me the moves, make sure I do them correctly and I am catching on quickly. I'm not the only person like that here, but there are fitness instructors that even take the class. That means the workout works from beginner to expert WHAT WAS IT LIKE AFTER MY FIRST CLASS I feel so good after I leave there. I have gone 7 times and I have never burned less than....drumroll....500 calories in the hour. I have lost just a couple of pounds but i can already tell a difference in my pants. IS IT EXPENSIVE They have a try it promotion regularly, so what do you have to lose (a large pizza and drink TMthat will last a night at a restaurant or a three to five day opportunity to see if this is a good fit). I say try it and i will see you there! YOU MAY WONDER WHAT TO EXPECT SO HERE IT IS: The workout is a warm up, six boxing rounds, some partner drill or training new exercises, a specific muscle group to work on, and then cool down. An hour goes fast. I look forward to going back each time and I have been disappointed when i can't go. ANY OTHER SUCCESSESA I am getting stronger and can do things I couldn't two weeks ago. MY FINAL RECOMMENDATION I recommend iLoveKickboxing. Tell them Amanda Buck motivated you to try it. After all, the Buck stops here with me! I’ve been going to ILKB for 7 weeks. No matter where you are in your fitness journey you are made to feel welcomed! I was in the worst shape of my life prior to joining. As of today, I’ve never felt better and actually feel like I’m in the best shape that I’ve ever been in my life. The trainers are amazing and really push you to be the best you possible! I can’t thank them enough for being a positive part of my journey!

OMG! this is the BEST most intense workout i’ve ever participated in. EVERY workout is different but effective and ALL of the instructors have great personalities and are super motivating!

AMAZING workout!!! You will sweat, have to control your breathing and it's all worth it. You have to pace yourself in the beginning. Hitting and kicking the bag is the best. It just takes the workout to another level. If you are looking for a challenge and ever changing routine this is the place for you.

All it took was 1 workout to know Ilovekickboxing was for me. The trainers are great and very motivating.

Loved my first class! All instructors are motivating and seem to care to help you reach your goals. This was a very energetic and effective class! And I can’t recommend it enough if you are serious about exercising in a fun and effective way!
