United Ambulance Services is a local, private ambulance company, dedicated to providing the highest quality care for our patients, a great working environment for our employees, and a positive impact on our community. We provide Critical Care Transportation, Basic Life Support, Stretcher, and Wheelchair Transportation.

We have a 24/7 Dispatch Center standing by for your needs. We provide non-911 services to the Emergency Room for medical issues that are not immediately life threatening. If you have any questions or concerns please call us and we will give you the best information we can provide to meet your needs.

United Ambulance began in 2014. Our company is owned and operated by EMS personnel; the CEO being a licensed paramedic and our COO is a certified EMT. We started with 2 ambulances and a plan to provide a service first mentality to medical transportation, focusing more on care than profits. We currently have 9 ambulances and 4 wheelchair/passenger vans, servicing the entire San Diego County area.

Jack Goodwin started United Ambulance Services after spending 5 years working for another private company. He also served stints as a Volunteer Firefighter at several agencies in Southern California, became a certified California Firefighter I and is licensed as a Paramedic. Jack not only manages the day-to-day operations at United, he also works actively alongside the EMTs and runs calls on the ambulances several shifts a month. He enjoys being hands-on with both our patients and our staff to ensure the highest quality of service.
