review this was one of the worst experiences i have ever had with any business. i saw an advertisement for $21 for x-rays, chiropractic adjustment and a massage. as a business owner i knew they were just trying to get people in their doors. i just moved to the area and i am actively looking for a new chiropractor. so i decided to try it. i made an appointment for monday, two days after i purchased the voucher, and the first available business day because i was in pain. nothing stated when i made my appointment that i would only be getting x-rays that first day so i felt very misled. when i got there, everyone was pleasant and did the x-rays and only after informed me they would not give me a chiropractic adjustment because the doctor was fully booked for that day. i was very upset because i booked appointment because i was in pain and i felt like i was intentionally being deceived and misled to get me in the door. they offered me an appointment for the next day but i was unable to make it so i booked an appointment for two days later. apparently i had an appointment for 950 for chiropractics and 1030 for the massage. i received a text message that stated that i had a 1030 appointment and i confirmed it. that was the only message i saw. apparently later in the day they sent me a message saying i also had an appointment for 950. this had confused me. at 10 am i was called by carli who works at the front desk asking if i was attending the appointment. i said i thought my appointment was at 10:30 and she said it was 950. i told her i would leave immediately and i could get there by 1015 and she said that was fine and she would see me in a few minutes. when i got there, i was told it was late and needed to reschedule. obviously i was very upset because i had just spoken to someone and i had arrived at the time i said i would arrive. i would have had no problem having had rescheduled, specially if it was my fault if they would’ve said that over the phone. but i drove 20 minutes there and had to drive 20 minutes back. i understood them rescheduling the first appointment that i missed which was a chiropractor appointment but i asked them to do the massage appointment. they said that was against their policy. the doctor came out and explained to me that he only lets people have a massage if they were adjusted 1st. i’m not sure if they thought that i i am brand new to planet earth and just arrived here on my spaceship but they obviously sell a massage as a separate service. it’s obvious they are taking a massage at a loss and just want to get people in the door for chiropractors and in fact just wanted me to get an adjustment so they can run my insurance and have me as a patient. i respect that as a business owner but i do not appreciate being directly lied to. it’s not about the money. they offer to reschedule my massage and adjustment for the same day but since i was lied to and it was already misled to get me into the door, i would much rather pay for a service and have someone i trust touch my body. i asked for my x-rays and told him i would not be returning. i did not inquire about the $21 because it is very insignificant and it is more a lack of respect of my time for having me come to an appointment that they were not going to treat me at. i had directly been told on the phone by the receptionist it was fine to come in late and i drove there turning my business hours wasting my time and money. i lost more money on the commute than paying in cash for the service would have cost. the doctor failed to apologize but did tell me that i had to write my x-rays because they were mine. i knew that already because it’s the law not him being generous. i asked him when he would send them to me and he told me within 15 minutes. i did book another appointment with a chiropractor that day who provided a great service and was honest. i paid in cash and did not trust and want anyone at that office to touch me even if it was for free because they were obviously deceptive individuals. regarding my x-rays, i did not get them in 15 minutes like promised. not delivering the service they agree to is the only consistent thing i have seen here. i called back two hours later and said i had an appointment with a different chiropractor that day in one hour and i needed my x-rays immediately. they did send them then. the way this office operates as borderline illegal, at best deceptive. it is very obvious to me as a business owner that the chiropractor is a trained business person. he is charming, eloquent, obviously trained well in business communication tactics but he is a horrible dishonest person. i highly recommend you stay away from this office. even if they offer a free treatment, it’s not worth it.
