platinum home care service really took great care of my mother. joy, her home health nurse, is very professional and diligent in changing my mom's wound dressings. she provided excellent patient care and showed her deep concern and interest in making my mom's wound heal properly and efficiently. i am impressed with the level of care that this agency has to offer. i would definitely use them again if i had to. thank you so much for taking such great care of my mom. it means so much to me.

this company truly cares about their clients! the aides are highly trained, very caring, super friendly! they are so dedicated and reliable to make their seniors so happy!!! someone can be reached 24 hours 7 days a week. i love it!!!!!!! i will recommend this company to anyone that is looking for service for a loved one . i give them 5 stars

i can't say enough good things about these folks! we recently started using them for 24/7 care for my 82 year old mother who is just out of the hospital. communication with the client care managers is always prompt and efficient and the caregivers are excellent, many are in nursing programs. thank you for all that you do!

i just don't know where to start. we have had nothing but great experience with this company. if you have any concerns, the staff is right on top of it. the girls who care for my mom really care and are devoted to what they do.

all of the care givers were kind, courteous, and loving. all of the women were very good at anticipating what i needed before i asked. i have to give a great deal of credit to platinum home care service and all of the employees working on my case to my speedy recovery. i would strongly recommend platinum home care service and be a repeat customer, if needed. thank you to all!
