Patriot Forklift & Equipment LLC was very attentive and courteous from the start. Called him when I had an emergency with our forklift and offered to inspect without charge and if he had to do work for further inspection was clear that it would be an hourly charge. He was very clear about what the issues were and fixed our forklift very quickly.
