Gibault Children's Services is a residential treatment program in Terre Haute, Indiana. Gibault offers outpatient counseling for children and families as well. Since 1921, Gibault has served over 10,700 youth. Gibault has Residential Child Care Licenses for Child Caring Institution (C.C.I.) and Private Secure Facility. Gibault serves males and females, ages 6-21. Gibault is accredited through COA and is a member of IARCA. Gibault's Holy Cross School is accredited by Cognia. Gibault offers Psychiatric Residential Treatment/Private Secure (PRTF/PS) Medicaid and Tricare Funded; Day Reporting; Day Treatment; Autism Spectrum Behavioral Learning Environment (ABLE); and a Child & Adolescent Residential Environment (CARE). An Independent Living Program is provided for clients 16 years of age and older. We also offer Visitation Facilitation for surrounding counties in Region 8. Gibault also manages Campagna Academy in Shererville, Indiana. It currently offers a PRTF/Private Secure program for male and female youth. This is the site where the old Reflection Pond once stood, that held our inauguration ceremony on October 9, 1921.

Holy Cross Gymnasium

Gibault Children's Services has served more then 10,700 children since 1921.

Our Holy Cross Building was built in 1926, and is the center point of our campus.

We have a playground for our PRTF/PS clients.

Our campus has beautiful scenery year round and a lot of fishing is enjoyed by our children.

The PRTF/PS dorms and classrooms are two of the areas in our Bugby Building that our children can be found in.

Our Guardian Angel Convocation Center is a duel purpose building. Used for Spirituality on Sundays and community events; meeting; and trainings throughout the week.

Our Recreation Program consist of traditional sports, but also contains a lot of theme based recreation event. This allows our youth the opportunity to showcase various talents in other forms, such as talent shows, and art exhibits.

Our Ice Cream Parlor is a big hit with our youth.

The Arcade Room is located in our Holy Cross building and is on our recreation schedule for our youth to enjoy.

We celebrated our 100 years of service in 2021!

Our Visitation Facilitation Program is designed to allow a child an opportunity to reconnect and reestablish the parent/child/family relationship in a safe environment.

On October 9, 2021 we celebrated our 100 year celebration! The event was held on our campus and this picture was taken in the old reflection pond area, where our Grand Opening Celebration on October 9th in 1921.

The Arcade Room on Gibault's campus, in Terre Haute, is an area kids get to visit during scheduled recreation.

Basler Playground on Gibault's campus, in Terre Haute, provides an outdoor recreation area for our youth.

Changing-Lives Field on Gibault's campus, in Terre Haute, is used by the community, by appointment only and is part of the recreation schedule for Gibault youth. It also host special events for our youth throughout the year.

The Family Visitation Pavilion on Gibault's campus, provides an outdoor area for agencies to meet with clients, as well as family members to meet with their kiddos.

Gibault's campus, in Terre Haute, has two fishing ponds. It isn't rare to see youth fishing during the day when visiting campus.

Gibson Lot, on Gibault's campus, in Terre Haute, provides an area to play basketball and various other outside recreation games and sports.

The Holy Cross Dining Hall, on Gibault's campus, in Terre Haute, is warm and inviting, with quality meals provided.

The Holy Cross Gymnasium, on Gibault's campus, in Terre Haute, is used for physical education classes and is on the recreation schedule for use during residential hours.

Holy Hair Beauty Salon, on Gibault's campus, in Terre Haute, is a convenient place to have our kiddos get proper hair care during their stay at Gibault.

The Ice Cream Parlor, on Gibault's campus, in Terre Haute, is used for special events and awards ceremonies involving Gibault youth.

The ILP Classroom, on Gibault's campus, in Terre Haute, is the home to the Independent Living Program for youth ages 16 and older. Students in the ILP program have a minimum of 3 hours a week of individualized independent life skills training. Eighty percent of the lessons are experiential in nature and one day a week, youth go off campus for life skills training.

The Movie Cinema, on Gibault's campus, in Terre Haute, is on the evening and weekend recreation schedule, for use during residential hours. Sometimes, during school hours, the Movie Cinema host education events as well.

The Sensory Room, on Gibault's campus, in Terre Haute, is used by the Clinical Department when providing therapy to youth with Autism, including Asperger's Syndrome.

Open Recreation, on Gibault's campus, in Terre Haute, is an area used for outdoor recreation for youth during school and non-school hours. Basketball, four square, fishing, are a few of the activities youth have the opportunity to play while in Open Recreation.

The PRTF/PS Playground, on Gibault's campus, in Terre Haute, is an area outside that youth in the PRTF/PS program can play.

The Sand Volleyball pit, on Gibault's campus, in Terre Haute, is home to Gibault's annual sand volleyball tournament and can be used during residential hours.

The Sledding Hill, on Gibault's campus, in Terre Haute, is located behind Sheer Hall, and provides an opportunity for youth to experience the fun of sledding during the winter months.

The Splash Pad, on Gibault's campus, in Terre Haute, is on the recreation schedule during the summer.
