ilovekickboxing has changed my life in so many ways! i never thought i’d feel this confident with myself again! i’ve been able to start rebuilding my strength after 3 pregnancies, two of which were csections.
this is by far my favorite gym! the staff is absolutely amazing. they’re so sweet, super knowledgeable and will help you in any way that you need it.
they’re super clean and want to keep you as healthy as possible. i 100% recommend!

going to class for the first time is definitely scary at first, but with the music and the amazing instructors it becomes really fun. it is a great way to exercise and have fun at the same time!

the team is so fun and supportive ! after just a few training sessions, i can already see the difference: my body is more toned and sheathed. just do it!

i was definitely scared to go, today was my first class. i definitely can say i am not in shape. but i cannot wait to go back. this is an experience everyone should have

ilovekickboxing helped me workout even though i have some medical issues that prevent me from doing regular daily workouts. they motivate you and even though one medical issue prevents me from losing weight, i have lost because of their workouts and meal plan accountability. can't recommend it enough!!

i started as a 6wks challenger and i ended up signing for unlimited membership.it was intense workout but you will find the best result if you workhard on it .i lose weight gradually but surely .i am not in a hurry to find the best shape that i want but i know being able to workout constantly and the dedication will surely get the best shape that i am aiming.ilkb is a way to find that shape !!!

i would definitely recommend ilkb for anyone who wants to pick up a new hobby or even has weight loss goals. this class is super fun and gives you a great workout.

i have been taking classes for 8 weeks and i couldn't be happier. i have been struggling trying to find some type of exercise to do while not feeling like everybody is watching me and judging me and i honestly feel like i have finally found the place. the instructors are amazing and they do a wonderful job of keeping you motivated. the workouts change from day to day so you are never doing the same things over and over....it is such a great workout!!!!

the staff are so awesome and motivating and the workouts have made me more confident than i have felt in a long time. it is definitely challenging, but there is so much support every single class. it's honestly the highlight of my day. can't recommend it enough!!!
