I love this place it is so welcoming!! The instructors always keeps me wanting to come back. I have lost 5 lbs since I started going here and more to come. I cant wait to meet my goals!! I also love how not every day is the same thing. This is definitely a place to check out if you want to tone and strengthen or ever start something new!!

I absolutely love ILKB! They challenge me more than I thought I could ever do and they motivate me while they do that. The staff are very welcoming and filled with knowledge. The facility is very clean and maintained. The people that go there are so nice and class timea are very convenient and options for any schedule.

I absolutely love ILKB! Its a wonderful environment where everyone is supportive no matter their fitness level. The workouts are fantastic and so are the staff. I highly recommend trying it out to see for yourself!

iLoveKickboxing has giving my life back, plus so much more. Myself confidence is back! I am down 15lbs and count, losing inches and having clothes fit better then ever. The staff is incredible they truly care about each member.

Ilovekickboxing is a great way to rebound from a non active Fall. After just 1 wk I'm already feeling stronger. Instructors are informative, patient and motivational.

I’ve been going to iLoveKickboxing for about five months now and joining was one of the best decisions I made for my health. The staff are encouraging, fun, and easy to follow during workouts. I recommend this program to anyone who wants to get a great workout and skills in kickboxing!

I Love Kickboxing is a wonderful place to get healthy and meet people. In a year, I noticed gains with my strength, endurance, and flexibility. The place is clean and the instructors are a amazing.

I absolutely love ILoveKickboxing! It was a huge leap for me to take after having my first baby via C-section and being stuck carrying a lot of extra weight,but I am SO HAPPY I made the decision. It really is the best hour of my day and it has become my ME time. I am bettering myself for not only me but also for my daughter so I can have the energy to keep up with her! If you haven't checked this place out yet DO SO! You will be amazed how fun working out can be!

I highly recommend iLoveKickboxing in Woodbury. The workouts are great and never repetitive, the music gets you pumped up, and the staff are all friendly and ready to help achieve your goals. So far, I have lost 13 pounds in almost 3 months! I feel more energetic and overall fit in my everyday life!

I have been going to Ilovekickboxing for a little over a month now and I love it. The trainers are great willing to help you with anything and support you. They push you even when you feel like you cant take it anymore. They help keep you motivated and even give advise with food to eat. Its also a great stress reliever. I recommend this to anyone looking to be fit and have fun!!!!
