I have been going to I Love Kickboxing for the past 3 weeks and I am in love! Not only do I feel healthier, but I feel stronger and inspired. The coaches are amazing and there for you whenever you need help, even outside of class! I will continue my journey with I love Kickboxing for a long while. Joining was the best decision I could have made!

I am doing the 6 week challenge and it is hard, but all of the coaches have been great at helping and giving advice every step of the way. I love that from the first day they know your name and if they don't they make sure to ask and will remember it soon there after. No one really does judge and it easy to make friends in class (as long as you are consistent to the class time). Overall great experience would recommend to anyone and any skill level.

ilovekickboxing is a great place to workout! The coaches are encouraging and uplifting. They're always on the mat to help you and push you to do better and they'll correct your form so you don't hurt yourself and to make the workout a smidgen bit easier. Everyone there is really positive and you'll see all different body types and sizes and it's all great with zero judgement. Everyone is there for their own reason and there are always fun ways to make the workout enjoyable. There are theme days once a month and a great way to support nonprofits with a new hashtag/check in cause every month. If you need modifications to the workout the coaches are always willing to help you find ways to get a good workout and get in your modifications. you can find the 3 class and glove promo online and once you sign up you can go to as many class times as you want throughout the week. If after 9 classes are missed you haven't called they will call you to encourage you to get back to class. There is a lot of accountability and encouragement. I love it!!!

iLoveKickboxing is awesome! The trainers are so encouraging, motivating and fun. It all happens in a judge free zone! I look forward to working out because the atmosphere rocks! Can't recommend it enough!!!

ILKB is an awsome workout NO matter what your experience or fitness level is. The staff is so friendly and accomodating and make you feel so welcome. Everyone there from staff to other boxers make you feel like its one big family, everyone is so nice and friendly.

Such a great place! the staff are great and it is such a good place to workout. I love going to class with other people and getting to push myself harder than the workout prior. Definitely the best decision

Great staff and fellow boxers, very inviting and accepting atmosphere! I love how i get a full body workout each time i attend. In love with this location by far the best staff!
