This Chef has run the signature haute cuisine restaurant Evvai, one star
Michelin and 22nd place on the list of the 50 Best Restaurants in Latin America.
Inspired by the waters that bathe the park and flow at the confluence of the two rivers region, demarcating the triple border between Brazil, Paraguay and Argentina, the name of the restaurant refers to the phoneme YY (ií), representation of water in Guarani, whose lexicon was developed from Portuguese and Spanish phonemes.
