An individual program (IEP/IPP) is developed based upon the student's strengths and weaknesses as determined through both formal and informal testing. Using a multi-sensory approach and a variety of curriculum based materials, the strengths of the student are utilized to work at their instructional level to approach and overcome weak areas, providing the opportunity to succeed immediately and advance in grade level. This promotes effort, confidence, organization, initiative and a willingness to learn; all key aspects of a successful student.
