Train Like Heroes started with two individuals passionate about health and fitness who wanted to share their passion without limits or guidelines to follow, so they decided to start their own facility. Both owners worked in the fitness industry for over 5 years and both have a history in competitive sports. Always looking for new and challenging things, these two decided to start up Durham's first obstacle course fitness facility with lots of challenges and a variety of ways to improve your fitness. Train like Heroes is welcoming to all levels of fitness and anyone looking for something new, fun, and challenging!
