Working with individual clients (women) who may be struggling with depression and anxiety with relational deficits. Also, work with couples who have difficulty connecting with each other. Emotional focus therapy is my main counselling model to help my clients to explore their deeper longings and needs. Most of my clients said they felt heard and found this therapy helpful
