During regular business hours you will speak with a polite, courteous individual to assist you with your needs. If the employee you are speaking with does not know the answer, he/she will strive to find you the answers you need. "No water" calls are treated as emergencies and get served first; this may be frustrating if you are the person "bumped", but just think, next time, it may be you. We also offer emergency service after hours and on weekends/holidays. Just phone the regular business number & you will be given a technicians name & phone number.
