Based in Kelowna, Patrick McCusker Architecture Inc. (PMA Inc.) is an experienced professional consulting firm offering architectural and associated development services to clients throughout Western Canada. PMA Inc. has a broad range of experience and expertise in retail, office and commercial applications. We design building for mixed-use, low, mid and high-rise multi-family residential units and affordable housing. We create plans for ski, golf and specialty resorts and schools.
We do large-site master planning and urban planning. We also engage in all aspects of project and building development, feasibility studies, rezoning, schematic design, design development, permitting and construction administration to occupancy.
