Brenda Lucas MA, RCC, has more than twenty-five years of experience counseling individuals, couples, families and groups. Brenda has a private practice in Lake Cowichan BC where she specializes in anxiety and trauma counselling she also works with children and youth using expressive therapies such as art and play therapy. Brenda enjoys giving presentations in the areas of: self-care, managing stress and traumatic reaction, developing relaxation skills, and avoiding burnout.
