The framing stage is almost complete. Three bathrooms along the back wall of this Chiropractic and Sports Injury clinic have been framed out using steel studs.
The suspended ceiling was removed which allows all mechanical and electrical systems to be exposed
Wide plank and handscraped engineered flooring was installed throughout. Staircase was refinished with stained handrails, and wrought iron pickets.

Installation of two new lanern style pendants above the kitchen island is complete.
Granite was chosen for the kitchen countertop because it is durable, stain-resistant and scratch-resistant. This stunning granite has a lot of interesting veining on a black background.
Granite countertop installation on all work/prep surfaces in this new kitchen. The straight edge detail gives the entire kitchen a modern feel.

A T-bar ceiling, also known as a 'dropped ceiling' is being installed at our clients new office space.

In order to create a private office that would be visually open to the rest of the space, we installed PC 350 glass panels. Tempered glass was used for safety precautions and in order to meet code requirements.
A modern, full height glass sliding door was installed as part of the PC 350 glass wall system.
The final touches are being completed to this office space; new artwork on the walls, carpet tile flooring, and a modern/sheek linear light fixture makes quite the statement.

Luxury vinyl flooring that mimics wood planks is being installed in the studio space. It not only looks sharp, but is very durable, scratch resistant and easy to clean.
A stone fireplace mantel was installed along with custom book shelves on either side.
A custom kitchen was installed, which included painted cabinets (a custom colour), quartz countertop, under cabinet LED lighting, and high-end glass pendants above the island.

Additional storage was required in this custom kitchen therefore we designed the space to accommodate more storage for our clients.
