Sushi Well is a labor of love between the founders – Ian and Jenny – who observed in the community of sushi lovers the need to enjoy the fresh taste of the fish as well as a touch of vitamin-packed Pink Rice instead of plain white rice. Ian and Jenny decided to craft their own brand of sushi – infused with cold-pressed beetroots, cabbages, blueberries, and many more. Their main focus continues to be devoted to serve their remarkable brand of sushi to be experienced and shared by the people of New Westminster.
