Our platform connects two types of people - the client and the TeamMate. Independent contractors are known as ‘TeamMates” on our platform. They have the ability to build a profile on which they list their skills, services and rates. Clients have the ability to scroll through a list of TeamMates which offer services they’re looking for, and choose one based on skills, experience, ratings and reviews.
