VITAMIN B12 INJECTIONS
If your Doctor has prescribed Vitamin B12 Injections, have a Registered Nurse come to your your home or business and do your injection. You must have your prescription filled at the time of your appointment. Have your MCP Card and Prescription from your Doctor available.
BLOOD COLLECTION
Our professionals will take your blood or urine sample at your home or business and transport to the hospital for processing the same day. Appointments can be scheduled between 5:30am and 1:00pm. You must have your MCP and Blood Requisition Form from your Doctor at the time of your appointment.
