Access Engineering Consultants Ltd. was founded by Fergus Foley, P.Eng., Struct. Eng. over thirty years ago where he remains the teams Chief Design Engineer. This combined with the fresh perspective of the company's now principle owner, Bruce Johnston, P.Eng., creates a unique balance of experience and new innovative thinking. Both active members of the Association of Professional Engineers of British Columbia providing a full range of consulting services in structural and civil engineering across British Columbia. Working closely with our engineers is a team of drafting technologists that are both meticulous with their work and strive for perfection.
