12 Baskets was founded on a passion for health and natural healing. Jimmy Liu, who founded 12 Baskets in 1994, began his quest to enrich the world with natural medicines and remedies when he was only a child. When his family in Taiwan owned a pharmacy Jimmy was intrigued by the field and started to study pharmaceuticals and received his MD in Pharmacy. After 10 years working in the pharmaceutical industry Jimmy took to opening his own vitamin store. 12 Baskets now has locations across BC and has become one of the most recognizable names in the nutrition industry in Canada.
