Our personal trainers have credentials such as Bachelor of Kinesiology, Can-Fit-Pro, "SAFE International, Movement Coaching, Technique Teaching", functional movement and functional training, Kid's Zone (Fitness equipment and space for kids to exercise). We are the only fitness facility in Southern Manitoba that has exercise machines designed specifically for children! These machines look and function just like the adult ones, but are scaled down to fit children. We also have interactive equipment for all ages to enjoy!
