By helping people to become mindful of their inner self, through relaxation and healing energy work, clients are able to process their physical or emotional stresses consciously, safely and effectively for increased overall wellness. Clients report sleeping better, less stress and anxiety, better coping, an inner calmness, increased energy and vitality. Clients also report a reduction or elimination of their pain and inflammation that lasts anywhere from 1 to 3 days and for some up to a month, depending on the person. Clients also report an increase in mobility due to the reduction or elimination of pain.
